%%post_title%% is an important tool for weight loss. Here’s how it works.

When you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. This means that you need to burn more calories than you consume. One way to do this is by reducing your food intake. Another way to do this is by increasing your physical activity levels.

When you create a calorie deficit, your body is forced to burn stored fat for energy. This is how weight loss occurs.

%%post_title%% creates a calorie deficit by preventing the absorption of food. When you take %%post_title% before a meal, it binds to some of the food molecules and prevents them from being absorbed by your body. This can lead to reduced calorie intake and weight loss.

Chris Moyles boasted a 1.5 stone weight loss as I’m A Celeb left him ‘lowest weight since school’.

The Radio X presenter, 47, said he was ‘chuffed to bits’ with the results after surviving on a rice and beans diet in the jungle.

Speaking on his show this morning, he said: ‘I’m a bit leaner, I’m a bit meaner and I’m a bit more hungry than I was three weeks ago.’

Chris credited his weight loss to the ‘low calorie, high energy’ diet he was on in the jungle, which saw him survive on just rice and beans.

He said: ‘I’m not gonna lie, it was tough at times.’

But he added: ‘I’m so pleased with how I did. I feel like I’ve lost weight in all the right places.’

Chris’ co-presenter Daisy Maskell joked that he had gone ‘full Adele’ and lost seven stone, to which he replied: ‘No, I’m still the same weight, I’m just a bit more defined.’

He added that he was ‘absolutely chuffed to bits’ with his weight loss and that he feels ‘absolutely brilliant’.

Chris also revealed that he has lost a total of two and a half inches off his waist.

He said: ‘I’ve not been this weight since I was at school.’

The star added that he isn’t planning on losing any more weight and that he is ‘quite happy’ with his current weight.

He said: ‘I don’t want to lose any more weight, I’m quite happy with where I’m at.’

Chris’ co-presenter Jenny Ryan joked that she was ‘disappointed’ with his weight loss, to which he replied: ‘I’m not doing it for you, I’m doing it for me.’

But despite his achievements, Chris said he won’t be ‘rushing back’ to the jungle any time soon.

He said: ‘Never say never but I don’t think I’ll be rushing back in any time soon.’

Chris’ weight loss comes as a result of his three week stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, which he left on Friday.
