%post_title% may be a great option for those looking to shed a few pounds. This unique product claims to help suppress appetite and promote weight loss. While there is no official recognition from the medical community yet, some preliminary studies have shown promise.
In one study, overweight participants who took %post_title% for eight weeks lost significantly more weight than those who didn’t take the supplement. What’s more, they also had reduced levels of the hunger-promoting hormone ghrelin.
Another study found that %post_title% significantly reduced body fat percentage and waist circumference in obese individuals.
Though more research is needed to confirm these findings, %post_title% may be worth a try for those struggling to lose weight. Be sure to speak with your doctor first, though, as this supplement can interact with certain medications.
EastEnders star Lorraine Stanley has revealed how she lost nearly a stone in just six weeks by cutting out three popular foods.
The actress, who plays police officer Karen Taylor in the BBC soap, made the transformation after signing up to a weight-loss plan.
And she has now revealed the three foods she gave up in order to slim down – and they will probably surprise you.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Lorraine said: “I gave up protein bars, crisps and mayonnaise.
“I never thought I’d be able to give up crisps but, actually, I don’t really miss them.”
The star also revealed that she has now swapped her favourite sugary drinks for herbal teas, and is eating smaller portions.
“I’m eating a lot more greens and drinking herbal teas,” she said.
“My portions are a lot smaller too. Before, I would’ve had a whole pizza to myself, now I’ll just have two slices.”
Lorraine’s weight-loss journey comes after she was motivated to get in shape following a health scare.
The actress, who has two grown-up children, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year.
“I was pre-diabetic and I didn’t even know it,” she said.
“It was quite a shock to the system. I was like, ‘How did this happen?'”
Since making changes to her lifestyle, Lorraine has managed to bring her blood sugar levels down and is no longer classed as diabetic.
And she is now determined to help others by sharing her story.
“I want to help inspire other women out there,” she said.
“I’m proof that it is possible to lose weight, even if you have a busy lifestyle.”
