There are many methods of weight loss, and %%post_title% is just one of them. This approach involves eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. The theory is that by eating smaller meals, you’ll take in fewer calories overall and thus lose weight.
One downside of %%post_title% is that it can be difficult to stick to. It’s hard to keep track of how many meals you’ve eaten throughout the day, and it can be easy to overeat. If you’re considering %%post_title%, be sure to speak with a doctor or registered dietitian first to make sure it’s a good fit for you.
Another downs ides is that %%post_title% can lead to weight fluctuations. Some people report gaining weight when first starting out, only to lose it a few weeks later. This can be discouraging, especially if you’re trying to lose weight for a specific event.
If you’re thinking about trying %%post_title%, be sure to do your research and speak with your doctor first.
A woman has spoken of her amazement at losing 2.6st on a weight-loss programme that saw her ‘body fat melt away’.
Speaking to FEMAIL, mother-of-two Joanna, 36, from Maidstone in Kent, said she had ‘tried everything’ to lose weight before she found the 2-Day Diet.
The plan, which involves two days of calorie-counting and five days of eating normally, helped Joanna lose a staggering 28lbs in just 12 weeks.
‘I’d been relatively slim all my life but after having my two children, I really struggled to shift the baby weight,’ said Joanna.
‘I tried all sorts of fad diets and healthy eating plans but nothing seemed to work. I’d lose a few pounds and then put it all back on again.’
Joanna, who works as a PA, said she was ‘surprised’ to find that the 2-Day Diet was ‘actually very do-able’.
‘I was a bit sceptical at first but I soon realized that it wasn’t as restrictive as I’d thought it would be,’ she said.
‘I was still able to eat all my favourite foods – I just had to be more mindful of portion sizes and make sure I stayed within my daily calorie limit.’
Joanna said she was ‘amazed’ at how quickly she started to see results.
‘After just a few weeks, I could definitely see a difference in my body shape,’ she said.
‘My clothes were starting to feel a bit looser and my friends and family were commenting on how good I looked.
‘It was a great motivator to keep going and I’m so pleased that I stuck with it.’
Joanna said she now feels ‘healthier and happier’ than ever before.
‘I have so much more energy and I’m no longer constantly thinking about food,’ she said.
‘I would definitely recommend the 2-Day Diet to anyone who’s looking to lose weight. It really does work!’
