A man has managed to drop two stone in weight by using a ‘highly effective’ weight loss method which he has been sharing online.

The 31-year-old, who goes by the Reddit name IncrediblyShinyShart, revealed how he managed to lose the weight in just eight months.

He began his weight loss journey last year, after he tipped the scales at 17st 13lbs.

However, by following a strict diet and fitness regime, he has managed to shed the pounds – and he now weighs a much healthier 15st 3lbs.

IncrediblyShinyShart’s ‘highly effective’ weight loss method involves working out for at least 30 minutes every day, and eating a diet which is high in protein and low in carbs.

He also makes sure to drink plenty of water, and cut out sugary drinks from his diet altogether.

The method has worked so well for IncrediblyShinyShart that he has even managed to maintain his lower weight, despite indulging in the odd treat here and there.

Speaking about his weight loss journey, he said: “I changed my diet and started working out every day.

“I cut out all soda, including diet. I started drinking only water, tea, and coffee. I made sure to get in a solid 30-60 minutes of exercise every day, even if it was just a brisk walk.

“I also lifted weights three times a week. Finally, I portioned out my meals and tracked everything I ate using the MyFitnessPal app.

“I cut my calorie intake to around 1500-1700 per day.”

And IncrediblyShinyShart’s hard work has definitely paid off, as he looks almost unrecognisable in comparison to his former self.

He said: “I’m really happy with the results. I feel great, have tonnes of energy, and rarely get sick now.

“I still have cheat meals occasionally, but I make sure to work out a bit harder the next day to make up for it.

“Overall, I’ve just made healthy living a habit now. It’s become a part of my daily routine and I don’t see myself ever going back to my old ways.”
