2 tablespoons of ground pepper
1 cup of washed and diced pumpkin leaves
1 cup of washed and diced waterleaf
3/4 cup of termites
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a pot and add the palm oil, onions, salt, crayfish, and Maggi cubes.
2. Cook until the onions are soft, then add the pepper, pumpkin leaves, and waterleaf.
3. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the termites and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot with some boiled white yam or plantain. Enjoy!
