On Wednesday, November 8th, at 7pm, Negative Ice will be presenting The Wellness Hour, a doctor-led discussion about how to improve your health and wellbeing.
The Wellness Hour will be led by Dr. Sarah Gervais, an integrative health specialist who has years of experience helping people improve their health and wellbeing. Dr. Gervais will be joined by other health and wellness experts, who will offer their insights on how to live a healthier life.
The Wellness Hour will cover a range of topics, including nutrition, sleep, stress management, and exercise. attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and get advice from the experts.
