Just two weeks ago, Simon Cowell was spotted looking healthy and happy as he walked his dogs in Los Angeles.
And on Friday, the music mogul showed off an impressive weight loss as he stepped out with his fiancée Lauren Silverman in New York City.
The X Factor judge wore a blue button-down shirt, black pants, and black loafers as he held onto Lauren’s hand.
This comes after Lauren gave a rare insight into Simon’s parenting skills, and how he is with their three-year-old son Eric.
Speaking to People magazine, Lauren said: ‘He’s an amazing dad. I think people would be surprised by how much he changes diapers and how involved he is.’
She added: ‘Everyone thinks that he’s this strict person, but he’s not at all. With Eric, he’s very much the cool dad.’
Lauren also spoke about how excited Simon is to become a father again, as the couple are expecting their second child together.
She said: ‘He’s just the happiest I’ve ever seen him. I think he’s going to be an amazing father to our second child.’
It was also recently revealed that Simon has lost 20lbs, after overhauling his lifestyle following a health scare last year.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge was forced to miss several live shows after falling down the stairs at his London home.
He later revealed that he had experienced ‘terrible pain’ and was ‘lucky to be alive’.
Following his health scare, Simon made some changes to his lifestyle, and started eating more healthily and exercising more.
And it appears that his efforts have paid off, as he looked healthy and happy as he stepped out with Lauren on Friday.
