A woman who was looking to lose weight has revealed how she managed to drop 1.5 stone in just four months – by using an unusual method.
Slimmer, who wished to remain anonymous, tried the ‘Cinderella Solution’ plan after becoming fed up of fad diets that never seemed to work for her.
The 27-year-old, from London, told FEMAIL how she used the online programme to change her relationship with food and finally start seeing results on the scales.
Cinderella Solution is a two-phase weight loss system that promises to help women lose weight by ‘optimising’ their hormones.
The first phase is designed to kickstart the weight loss process by ‘torching’ stored fat, while the second phase is all about ‘rebooting’ the metabolism to keep the weight off in the long term.
Slimmer said she was initially sceptical about the programme but decided to give it a go after seeing a friend achieve great results with it.
‘I’d tried lots of different diets before but none of them had ever really worked for me,’ she explained.

Following the programme’smeal plan and exercise regime, Slimmer managed to lose 1.5 stone in just four months.
And she said she’s now finally able to maintain her weight loss, as she’s no longer relying on restrictive dieting to stay slim.
‘The Cinderella Solution really did change my relationship with food,’ she said.
‘I used to see food as the enemy but now I see it as fuel for my body. I’m not depriving myself of anything and I’m still eating the foods I love – I’ve just learnt how to eat them in a way that’s beneficial for my weight loss.
‘I’d definitely recommend the programme to anyone who’s looking to lose weight in a sustainable way.’
